This hotel is creepy. The layout is very strange with the reception area/front desk far away from the actual rooms. Our room was just ok. Counters were dirty, carpet was questionable. The lights are all bright white fluorescent. Not welcoming. Most importantly, the phone on the room didn’t work and no one answered when I called the front desk via cell phone. There is little cell service and the wifi is iffy at best. Choose one of the many hotels on the street instead of this one!!

We booked the wrong day by accident as we were on the road to redding from reno and not getting there till 11pm. Alex was one of the two people working the front desk. He was very friendly, professional and accommodating. He was able to get us in for the day we needed and wasn't even the main person helping us. The room was clean and we would stay here again. Big shout again to Alex for his customer service and making our stay happen. It's nice to have a friendly face after a long day of work and travel. The only thing that we would recommend is the person at the front desk who was helping us :we tried asking a question twice and she ignored it both times. Even just a no or a idk let me find out would have been nice.

The hotel advertises that they have EV chargers but apparently these haven’t worked in a year! The manager wouldn’t even consider giving me compensation since this was one of the main reading I’d booked this particular hotel on our road trip! She stated that the chargers were from a third party and that she had asked them to remove them. How about your company removing this as an amenity from your website?!!!!!!

Disappointed. Probably the worst IHG experience I've had, front staff never said hello goodbye, good morning. Web site said no breakfast due to remodeling but to go sack lunch available...NOT! Lobby was visually cold and unassuming. Odd lay out of the place: the floors had 6 step you have to maneuver to get to your room depending on where you stayed, one elevator on the back side. The room was a mishmash of furniture, looks like they were bought from Motel Closing Sale. No microwave!!! Toilet seat was loose too. Little overpriced for what you get. Hallway outside the room had an industrial air dryer to circulate the cool air until HVAC repair could get to it (per housekeeping it's been that way for a week.) Major potholes in the parking area

I stay for work and love how my key and room are all ready for me when I get there after a long shift. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Very friendly staff. Exercise room is a great way to help end day.
