This hotel had gone downhill in the last couple of years. The room floor was dirty, molding was coming off the wall, the ice machine was broken and the advertised included breakfast is no longer served

Yeesh. Stained sheets. Unable to easily reach front desk without walking all the way to it, and, even so, no one was there and had to call some number posted on the door. Wanted to get the wifi password because data connection is spotty, but was informed that, even though the hotel listing states complimentary wifi as an amenity, they don't have wifi right now. Ok....Beds are uncomfortable.Haven't been to breakfast yet, but hopes are NOT high. Essentially feels like we paid out the wazoo simply to have walls around us to not getting eaten by a bear or something.

German roaches. 'Nuff said, I didn't sleep a wink that night. They reluctantly comp'd me the night but I had been planning to hike lassen peak the next day. A ruined vacation, my sleep, and my time is worth more... worst overnight stay ever. Stayed back in June 2013 and I'm finally deleting the photos off my phone to make space - they've since lost their best western affiliation and seem to have at least painted the place.

Anderson Inn is a dump and no longer affiliated with Best Western. When we arrive at 4 pm, the receptionist was also the house keeper. Our room 220 was not cleaned yet and we were told to go have dinner and come back. When we're able to check in the bath tub had a whole in it with black mold growing. I asked for another room and was told they were booked. This was completely unacceptable. I have tried multiple times to have management return my calls and emails. To date, no one has responded.I do not recommend Anderson Inn, it's a dump!
