SCAM!!! Very deceptive pictures on website opposed to what the actual property looks like upon arrival. I just checked out off 911 Pebble Beach Dr Champions Gate community and it was 3 days of pure HELL!!! one of the beds were on the floor. I reached out to customer service immediately nothing was done about it. The air conditioning in the entire house was not working. The temperature would not lower past 79 upstart and 78 downstairs. Nothing was done. They sent someone out the second day whom they stated claimed it was fixed only for the scorching temperatures to persist. A concierge person named Jeremy came out and he witnessed the house being so hot the floors were moist causing a smell in the house, he also witnessed and took pictures of the dirty linen on the bed, as well as the whole bedroom and mattress on the floor!! He said the issues come from the house not being inspected and should've not been rented in that condition!!! There was a water leak in the ceiling which he stated could be from the AC unit. Jeremy also stated the next time book directly through JEEVES instead of Top Villas because Jeeves holds the owners more accountable for the upkeep of the property before rental. He also stated Reunion Resort is more up to par than champions gate!!. Ive begged for a refund or some sort of compensation because my family vacation was ruined and I'm constantly told I have to wait until after checkout!! They don't pickup trash on weekends so we were stuck with a house full of trash due to raccoons making a mess of one bag we placed outside for pickup on a Friday night. People please stay clear of TopVilla and especially this property!!! I will be sharing my review and pictures everywhere so nobody ever goes through what my family and I did.

we arrived in Orlando and our place got cancelled due to owners flooded place, so he texts us gave us some choices but by time we got the text 2 were taken and left with this one.... First off, they charged us 24.00 more for what I don't know only one bath towel per person and there was 10 of us 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom the Lites flicker every time turn on had to keep the air at 74 and it did not get upstairs so had to go get fans besides everything else... No kitchen towels or dish cloths to wipe up stuff. Gave us a couple of garbage bags and we had by more as had garbage every day. The tv in bedroom had no batteries had to buy them and left them as can't take on plane. l roll paper towel. No beach towels for pool. Upstairs bedroom lite didn't work later on.......Sorry but some this stuff should be there not very good pans to make a supper...... the one we had book prior was close to our national dance competitions and the owner should help us find one comparable to what we had instead of going out to purchase all this........ We don't know the area and the one at 8807 Geneva court in Kissimmee Phillip was the host where he should help us very dissapointed111 A refund should be issued for all the stuff we bought and the headache to find a new place...........

1671 Moon Valley Drive. Cleanliness and Hygiene Issues• Kitchen & Appliances: The cooker and oven trays were covered in thick grease. The Bissell vacuum cleaner filter was completely blocked, causing it to overheat and render it useless.• Living Areas & Bedrooms: There were visible stains and marks on the walls. Dust was thick behind the tables, and crumbs were littered under the sofa cushions. Most disturbingly, large, unmissable clumps of hair and discarded paper were found in the bedrooms.• Lack of Deep Cleaning: The Villa Manager, Sophie, explicitly informed us that the villa is only deep-cleaned at the start of the season, rather than between individual guest lets.2. Maintenance and Safety Failures• Air Conditioning: There was no air conditioning in the front bedroom or the garage/entertainment room. Despite adjusting the vents, the front bedroom remained dangerously hot, forcing us to purchase a room fan out of our own pocket (which we left behind for future guests).• Electrical: Two lightbulbs were blown over the main table, and the master bathroom lights were completely non-functional upon arrival.• Pool & Jacuzzi Area: The pool netting was broken, allowing local wildlife into the enclosure. Furthermore, missing tiles in the jacuzzi were repaired to a very poor standard, leaving a jagged, broken tile exposed, which posed a safety hazard.• The lighting did not work in the Jacuzzi.• The pool lighting flickered• The pool was not filtering. This was fixed three days later.3. Insufficient Inventory for 11 Guests• Basic Amenities: There were no rubber mats in the showers, no complimentary soap or shampoo, and no basic cleaning sprays provided for food surfaces.• Linens: There was a severe lack of towels, including only one towel initially left in the master bedroom.• Kitchenware: There was an absolute dearth of plates, cutlery, and glassware. What little was provided was of incredibly poor quality, resembling items from a charity shop.• Facilities: The internal ice maker had a broken tray and was unusable, and the external ice maker could not cope with the demands of an 11-person party.While the onsite management did promptly deliver extra new dishes, cutlery, shower maps and towels, the promised cleaning remedy was a failure. We agreed to vacate thevilla by 4:00 PM to allow a cleaning team to work. They failed to show up that day, arriving instead the following day.When they did arrive, they merely mopped the main floor (which was already the cleanest part of the house). The bedrooms were left untouched, the sofa was not vacuumed, and the jagged jacuzzi tile was left unrepaired. Ultimately, my family had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean the villa ourselves in order to make it liveable.The did offer a late checkout to compensate for the issues above.Champions Gate (Villa Location)The community is clean and very secure, and the Oasis Club offers good food with friendly staff. However:There is very little shade around the pool.Drinking water is not readily available.The lazy river is quite small and not particularly appealing.The gym was described as basic.One major frustration was access to the gated community:Gate codes are changed weekly but this was not communicated.We were initially given a one-day vehicle pass in error.The keypad at the gate is awkward to reach without stretching from the car.There is always a queue of cars as the security take there time.Uber eats is always delayed 15 to 30 minutes.Find better and read TripAdvisor, I wish I had.

If your looking for that place that will put you in the relaxation mind, give you the peace and comfort of a 5 star vacation then this is it.I've stayed at several places in Champion Gates area but this one had everything you needed. From the quite streets, spacious rooms, comfort living, gorgeous pool area and the amenities offered. If your looking to bring the family, extended family and or the grandparents to watch the kids then this is it. We stayed 10 days and I think thats still not long enough. Trust me on this one, you will be back.

Terrible villa - poor management and owner couldn’t care less about issues raised. Expensive to book and not the luxury villa as advertised, best example of false advertising I have seen.
