Horrible experience. was almost over charged $700 because they didn't keep track of my payments. they canceled all my activities a week before the trip.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I supposedly booked an accessible room for Las Vegas through WTW. After calling the hotel numerous times, the hotel told me the room was not accessible but a pet-friendly room. As a wheelchair user, I NEEDED the room to be accessible. WTW emailed me numerous times, saying the reservation was in fact accessible when it was not. I ended up calling the hotel directly to book my accessible room (success!) and tried to cancel the pet-friendly room reservation with WTW. They said the reservation was non-refundable.

This had to be one of the best trips me and my husband and I have went on EVER! Wheel the World specializes in creating tour inteneraries for the disabled and/or with their companions to places all over the world. My recent trip to Morocco was awesome! could not have happened with our wonderful guide, Hamid Hammani. Hamid was patient, caring, funny, flexible, and kind. Thank you, Hamid, for being wonderful and Wheel the World for having this company for the disabled.
