My sister and I used Sabra’s services for a 2-hour commute to an event on our vacation to Seattle. We were to be picked up at 6am to depart to our destination and picked up at 6pm to return back to our hotel. We thought using a professional service would be a more reliable option than Uber and reduce the stress of not knowing the area and driving ourselves. We were wrong about all of those assumptions.6:10am that day, we called and were told that when we signed the confirmation, it “erased” the driver, whatever that means. We ended up being picked up around 6:40am and just barely made our event. That evening, I was sent a text at 4:50pm that our driver was just then leaving to pick us up. I asked what was going on and he claimed to have left Seattle at 2:30pm and missed the 6pm ferry and would wait for the 7:30pm ferry, when there were were highways and other routes he could take that didn’t involve a ferry. None of his excuses or timelines made sense. He arrived around 8pm. The 2-hour delay made us nervous for our safety as it was dark by then and we were basically stranded in an unfamiliar area a long ways away from our hotel. Safety was again a concern when the driver had very sleepy body language and his car’s driver alert sounded off around 4 times. This was the least professional and absolutely awful service I’ve experienced from any company of any kind. I was only offered a 30% refund on a nearly 1k service that was advertised to be one of the best in the area and am still completely appalled.
