tripadvisorThough it is a large church, it feels very personal. Very well organized and welcoming towards newcomers. Has passionate, dedicated members of all stripes/ages. It's a historical site in sense as it was/is one of the largest, well known church in the whole Portland Metro. May this church continue to be blessed by the Lord
MoreThis is a wonderful church even though it's huge. My only criticism is that the worship feels like a music concert. The pastor and members are loving and put Jesus first.
MoreThis is a great place, no other church like it. The pastor really cares & talked to my group after service, free dougnuts & a real friendly place with no pushing religion onto us.
MoreGreat music and worship, and a huge congregation, but the folks behind it all are also concerned about the individual and are willing to help.
MoreWorship is more entertainment than corporate worship. Song lyrics are repeated over and over and over and over and over - often more than 11 times. That just becomes vain repetition. The message is on point - but geared toward the non-Christian. They embrace the trend toward the new ageish teaching as well.
