tripadvisorWe have been customers for years, and am now buying a new bike. Tony knows his business and really takes care of you. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
MoreI thought I'd written a review for Bike N More, but apparently not. Couple of things here: I talked to Tony, who's been there forever, and asked about those 1-star reviews about Mike. He said there'd never been anyone working there named Mike, so maybe take those reviews with a grain (pound) of salt.Secondly, my own review...Tony is awesome, does great work, and is very reasonable on his pricing. I've been riding and racing for years, and this guy knows his stuff. As much as I know about bikes, he's educated me on a few things! He's as good a bike mechanic as I've ever had, and I've had LOTS of good ones. Not only that, if I end up in a time pinch, he delivers ahead of his predicted schedule. I just moved here in October of 2020, and thought I'd spend months finding the right bike shop, but I hit it first try. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Great place; great guy.
MoreWe called up the store looking for a Trek 820. The owner had one in stock. We came in to let my son try it out. We had a good experience. Owner was knowledgeable. Talked with my son about how to care for his bike. Overall, I would do business here again.
MoreSo basically the owner(Mike) got mad because I returned a seat to his store!! He threw the money at me...This man is too old to be this immature. Wouldn't recommend. Go to bike gallery or Oregon City classic bicycles.
MoreI took my bike to Bikes N More for what I thought would be a simple repair, straighten a back wheel. Mike, in a nut shell, told me that the bike wasn't worth the parts to put it together. That all bikes bought from department stores are of shoddy craftsmanship, or as he put it, I wouldn't buy my bike from the same place I buy my food. He told me to return it, even though it was damaged, and get my money back, not exchange it, or get a new one, but return it for a refund and buy some food. On top of that, I brought my kids who love to ride bikes and wanted to look at them. Mike was angered and yelled at my kids to not touch the bikes. I was insulted and outraged. This bike shop will never have my business again or the business of anyone that I know.
