Of all days they cancelled on my wedding day^/7/2025. The weather was supposed to be bad. I was understanding. then when I went to rebook no such luck. unfortunately Sissy and her grand daughter where involved in an accident. She told me the business will be shutting down and assured me would get my 200.00 deposit back. Still to this day no money and now no more communication from Sissy!

It was amazing and awesome! Sissy was knowledgeable about the sights! We took the long route across the bridge into Newport and back around Cincinnati! I would highly recommend viewing the city from the carriage its an awesome experience!

I booked my ride on April 14th 2025 and all I am getting is canceled and stories about the weather!! I asked for my refunded an all they do is kept on giving me stories about my bank and their bank!! Cowboy Carriages is a scam!! I need my $150. Back!! It's now June 5,2025 i will definitely have your company investigated and SUE!! MY HARD WORKING MONEY WILL NOT GO IN VAIN! People do not pay your money in advance!!

They canceled my ride less than 30 minutes from when it was scheduled, said they would refund my money and still haven't almost a month later. They periodically do this to customers who pay in advance to schedule a ride. Don't risk it. If they steal from you, report them so they will be investigated for their terrible business practices.

We had a great time on this carriage ride! I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone that’s dreamed of something like this!We met at a designated time, the company provided a massive, thick blanket for us to use to stay warm during the half hour ride, and it was all around adorable. It was a little awkward to park at a pay to park lot and meet a stranger with a horse drawn carriage in the middle of an unknown city, and we had to pay a pretty outrageous amount to park there, but there were garages a block away that said they were only $1, so I’d recommend parking there instead. It’s also a little awkward to be driven around the city and not know what you’re looking at, really. It great to go at night and see the lights, the businesses, etc. but since the driver can’t really communicate with you, you never really know what’s happening or where you are exactly.
