Pistils is a thoughtfully curated nursery and mercantile that specializes in indoor and outdoor plants, home goods and urban farm supply. In the nursery, you'll always find a diverse selection of unique indoor plants, from lush tropicals, to gorgeous succulents and cacti, to Tillandsia Air Plants big and small. We also carry an ever-evolving selection of work from local makers. From tried and true perennials, to hardy natives and gorgeous ornamentals, our outdoor nursery appeals to amateur gardeners connoisseurs alike. As our climate affords us the ability to grow food nearly all year-round, we also offer a wide array of edibles -- vegetable starts and seeds, bare root stock, fruits trees and more. Though we aren't currently carrying chicks, we support the urban farm movement in Portland by providing red wriggler composting worms, chicken-keeping supplies, fertile hen eggs and mason bee boxes.
