The company was easy to work with and their prices were competitive. We went over Labor Day weekend and it was not crowded at the shop. Check in was easy, waivers were easy, bus ran frequently. The raft and paddles were in good condition, the bus was adequate for the short trip up river. One of the kids life vests seemed broken, the front pad kept flipping around even with all the buckets fastened and tightened. The adult life vests met legal requirements but seemed water logged and mildewy. Getting out at the end was easy, their team waded out to drag us in. The trip took longer than expected due to low water levels which was obviously beyond their control.

Clean new building. Beautiful clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Great experience! Short trip is 2 hours long unless you hang out on the shoreline and takes lots of stops.

We totally enjoyed our kayaking experience. It was a beautiful day with amazing scenery. Just wish we had chosen the longer trip as we were finished with the experience in around 2 hours. We did choose the shortest experience.

The people that own it were very friendly. This outfitter is a little smaller than many of the others that are available so they were not really over crowded and had great, professional and efficient customer service. We were in the water very shortly after arriving and the rates are fair and reasonable. We will use them again on our next float.
