I want to share my disappointing experience at Andretti in Melbourne for my 9-year-old birthday party. The room provided had only one tablecloth and six balloons, which did not meet our expectations for decoration. The staff's involvement was minimal, mainly focused on micromanaging our time. The party only lasted for 50 minutes instead of the full hour. After the party, we were informed that storing food in the building was not allowed, which forced us to take everything, including the cake, to a nearby park table outside in the 95-degree heat. As a result, the cake and party favors melted. Additionally, we spent 20 minutes waiting to participate in the virtual experience, only to be told there weren't enough staff members available, and we were asked to return later. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and fell far short of our expectations, especially for such a special occasion.

Took my 11 year old son as a surprise date all the way from Tampa. When I get there they tell me he cannot do the intermediate race because he is not 12 years old. But online and EVERY WHERE inside the facility it says Required 54 tall. RECOMMENDED minimum age: 12 years old. My son is 59 tall and he turns 12 in 2 months. I have had friends who came with their tall 9 year old and no problem. It is not REQUIRED that they be 12 years old. But no matter what, they insisted he had to be 12 years old. So they made me purchase a junior race ticket so they could observe him. He literally raced with 5 other 7 year olds who kept slamming into him (which is against the rules). No one watched him. I had to just find a guy outside to put in the computer that he was good to go. Then we had to stand in the long line again and purchase for him to do the intermediate race with me. But from the beginning they slowed his car down. Everyone passed him and he was only able to complete 7 of the 8 laps he was supposed to get. He never hit another car, never hit a wall (he couldn't! He was going at a crazy slow pace!). Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Ruined a surprise date night with my son. Would never go back there again. Wasted my money on this place. I tried contacting corporate to discuss their recommended age 12 years) but it is impossible to talk to corporate.

I've been there for karting with my young son and pedwan. The kart and track was great. Gear was new. And staff very friendly. Btw, they have much more than karting there

I would give it zero if I could. Terrible customer service. Can’t understand employees at the front desk. Over a 2 hour wait to go kart. Got laughed at when we asked for a refund because it was such a long wait and didn’t want to spend the last day of vacation sitting on a bench outside in the rain because there’s no seating inside.

The place is not prepared for families, only viewing to sell things and not being a family friend place. We had the worst experience with a 6 year old and a baby, they wouldn’t let the baby who has a allergy to eat his food brought from home and they don’t have any food for the baby. They suggested that he would eat pizza.
