⚠️ HORRIBLE SPA EXPERIENCE — $400 CHARGED FOR AN INCOMPLETE SERVICE ⚠️I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here.My brother purchased a $400 spa experience as a birthday gift for me. When I arrived, Amy had an issue locating the credit card/payment information associated with the reservation. instead of receiving assistance, the situation turned into an argument.There were also no phone chargers available, so I had no way to contact my brother to help resolve the payment issue.I expressed my disappointment with the situation and the way it was being handled. The supervisor, Rebecca, ultimately cut my services short and told me to leave before my $400 TRIO service was completed. Despite the service being cut SHORT and NOT completed, my brother was charged the full $400.I find this extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I paid for a complete spa experience and did not receive the service that was purchased.The way this situation was handled made what was supposed to be a thoughtful birthday gift into a very upsetting experience.I left crying from such a horrible experience This hotel will no longer get my money or any good reviews. Horrible customer service at the SPA!!! ⚠️ unprofessionalism the way, the supervisor and the front desk chose to argue with me instead of apologizing for their mistake and moving forward with the appointment is BEYOND maddening ⚠️

My girlfriend’s and I had facials by Cheryl L and they were incredible… I would highly recommend her services… She was very knowledgeable and can honestly say my skin never felt better. I can’t wait to visit again.

I had an excellent massage with Cheryl D. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She has strong hands and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through my tight muscles. Throughout the session, she communicated clearly and explained different ways I could help relieve the tension in specific areas of my body. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, loose, and refreshed so much so that I was ready for a nap afterward! I highly recommend Cheryl D. to anyone looking for a skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist.

I chose a man, Steven S., thinking he would be stronger, with a firm hand. I was incorrect, without him adding an additional $35. To make my massage enjoyable, it was less than worth the trip.
