Staff at front desk is unprofessional and need to be fired! Why would I pay to be treated bad. They all need to be fired and get people who care about their customers. They tryed threatening to kick us out when we did absolutely nothing wrong,Nevet will I recommend them or stay again ,Nasty employees what a embarrassment for company

Great staff! Shaunti, Sharra and Todd are great! Good location, close to Walmart, Costco and Frys. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Nobody.cares about this Hotel, not even the Franchise. The so called manager Kendra is abusive to residents and personnel and don't have the slightest idea of what she is doing. She is a sad individual taking advantage of her position to get away with her lack of commitment to service. Try getting rid of her and you will see how things will get better.

The room was clean and well maintained. However, at check-in, we were informed that the breakfast was no longer available. Add to that the facility was recently downgraded from Premium to Select. This means that, while you have a stove and full-sized refrigerator/freezer, plus a microwave, you had no utensils to cook with or eat with.No dish towels, only 2 towels at all, no paper towels, no drainboard, no dishes. But you could purchase a $40 set of cookware, and a $30 set of dishes. Wow.Other amenities were missing, such as an outlet to charge your cell phone on each side of the bed. They did have a nice dresser, and plenty of cabinets for the dishes you don't have.By the way, did you want a warm shower? How about cold water? If not, you'll be happy. However, if you want a shower warmer than you body temperature, you might want to look elsewhere. The front desk said that showers use so much more water, which is why we are out. Ummm, we tried letting it warm up for 5 minutes, and it never reached higher than tepid.Cold water? Well, put some tepid water in your water bottle and refrigerate or freeze it. There. Now you have cold water.Seriously, I would not recommend this facility for an extended stay at all.

Just No, if you want a hotel room with a kitchen to make it smaller, it’s a win. There is NO breakfast, it’s coffee and hard boiled eggs. There was no coffee so I asked to make more, ran an errand came back at 9:40 and the entire area was empty and cleaned up. There are no hooks to hang anything in bathroom, there are no luggage racks, you have to keep luggage on the bed. The mattress seems like old spring model. Honestly, it’s awful. It’s not meant for white collar workers where you can work comfortably , I see many leaving on a bus so it’s temporary housing. We just didn’t ask enough questions, the no pool or spa should have been a clue
