My family and I booked a Segway tour while visiting Nashville, and since it was just the five of us, it felt like a private tour experience. The meeting location was easy to find, and parking nearby at Music City Garage made it convenient. The tour began promptly and included a brief indoor training session, which was helpful for getting comfortable with the Segways. The use of walkie-talkies was also a nice feature, allowing everyone to hear the guide’s commentary while riding in single file.While our guide was friendly and kind, the overall commentary was fairly limited. As several of us were visiting Nashville for the first time, we had hoped for more detailed historical information, local insights, or fun facts about the city. Some questions from the group went unanswered, which made the tour feel more like a guided ride than an informative city tour.The ride itself was enjoyable and a fun way to explore the area on a beautiful day. However, the guidance around navigating traffic and crossings sometimes felt inconsistent, which made it a bit challenging for novice riders in our group. There were a couple of moments where the guide had to quickly assist riders who lost balance.Overall, the experience was pleasant and the company appears to have many guides and positive reviews, so experiences may vary. With more detailed commentary and consistent riding guidance, the tour could be even more engaging and informative for first-time visitors to Nashville.

This thing was more fun than I imagined. It is very easy to drive and not hard to learn. We went everywhere in Nashville and our leader spoke on a radio so we all could hear about the city. It truly was an amazing adventure. I have lived in the area for forty years and still learned a lot about Nashville. Take this trip you will not be sorry.

Although it took a couple of days, they did refund us and contacted me via email.You don't get a copy of the Terms and Conditions until after you have paid. Going forward, perhaps the company can put these on their website.

We had a great time riding and listening to the tour of Nashville. Brett was a terrific guide. All four of us had riden before, but he gave us a quick review of how to ride in the office and then we were on our way. Was about a 2 hour ride and tour and we learned and saw what you probably would not see or hear about anywhere else. Brett took care of us and made sure our party was safe and enjoying the ride. Definetly use iRide and ask for Brett.
