This may include selling the computer(s) to them, but may only be researching and making recommendations for computers, printers and other business needs. - Help clients select and setup the right software for their needs. Lock down their computers and maintain them so they remain safe while online and prepared for any emergency that might occur. - Support my clients so they get the most out of their computers and software. - Repair the computers if the unusual happens and the computer isn't working properly or did get a virus. This includes not only hardware repair, but also file recovery and malware removal. - My clients are mostly very small 1 to 5 person businesses. I support a few home computers. I am their computer support. I keep their computers running simply and safely.
