We had a fabulous wedding nails experience! Barb and Joyce went above and beyond and had snacks and champagne for us. Thank you!!!

The spa was nice. The massage was relaxing. The cold plunge was out of service. Giving a low rating because of the front desk staff. From check in to check out the front desk lacked customer service. Minimal short replies and unwillingness to assist. They appeared to be bothered by clients. I used the wrong card and requested a reversal to which I was told was not possible by the young staff. Being twice their age, I insisted that it was Possible. Why push back on such a simple request? If you’re looking for friendly and accommodating customer service, go elsewhere.

BLACK MASSAGE THERAPISTS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE. THE MOSTLY LATINO MASSAGE CORE WAS RACIST TOWARD MYSELF AS WELL AS ANOTHER BLACK THERAPIST. I worked at this place for a month. Here's some of what went down including them removing my original review. This is a repost.One of the Latino therapists literally said to me as we waited for a Black couple to exit the massage room, that Black people take longer because they take pictures since they aren't used to nice things. I then informed her that I was Black, and everything changed. Tiffany, a White therapist there called the other Black therapist Shenaynay several times. Alline, the lead therapist who keeps long fake nails which massage therapists should never have, would tell me to do things like where to stash my blanket, or to mention issues in the group chat, and then chastise me for doing so.They would hoard towels and sheets so that the other Black therapist and I didnt have what we needed for sessions. They would go over and make us late beginning sessions and then chastise us for it. After I reported this behavior to the Spa Director, an investigation was done by the hiring company Wincore Staffing, and I was let go days later.This place is beautiful on the outside and rancid to the core, and a complaint has been filed against them with the EEOC. This is not going away no matter how many times they delete the review.

I have never been treated so poorly at a spa. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and hope my experience helps others avoid a similar disappointment. While good massages are easy to find, what truly sets a spa apart is its service - and the service here was terrible, starting with the front desk.Our group reservation was mishandled, with one person booked at a separate time. When we asked for a reasonable resolution - whether a service adjustment, a gift card, or a refund - the managers, Allie and Scott, were completely inflexible. Their attitude was dismissive, rigid, and unhelpful, which soured our experience from the moment we arrived.To make matters worse, they told us we could use the amenities after our service, only to sneak an additional $120 charge onto our bill without prior warning. Given the price point and the spa’s upscale branding, I expected far better. Instead, the lack of customer care and deceptive billing practices made this visit feel anything but high-end.Sadly, we left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed. You’d be better off at a Massage Envy, where at least the service is accommodating and transparent.

I had a manicure and pedicure as well as derma planing done for New Year’s Eve. I am a regular, and I always leave satisfied! The vibe is cozy and friendly, and Betania and Francesca were excellent! I also enjoyed the salt room, steam room, sauna, relaxation room and area, as well as the outdoor sunset terrace. I will keep coming here every time I need services!
