Reviews
tripadvisorPortland Oregon the restaurant workers need recognition. September 10th, 11, 12, 13, 14 the cooks and waitresses. They never complained, dedicated, and always had a smile I also wrote, dated, and timed a note to their boss to let them know they are doing a good job I believe the job they do don’t get paid enough for what the do and being on concrete floor does put a lot of pressure on their feet. I just hope they know they’re appreciated Your whole staff there the restaurant, front desk, and the housekeepers it’s good to have valued employees and especially the ones that are dedicated
MoreWe recently stayed here as contractors worked on our condo and it is a nice hotel, with kind and helpful staff. There's 2 restaurants, a heated pool and lovely views from the rooms. It is a little outdated and feels like the backrooms at times, but overall very nice
MoreAfter a long car trip it was great to check in and enjoy my complimentary cookie and watch the sunset. I had already digitally checked in and only needed to pick up my room key. If you are parking at the property (for a fee) you will exchange the parking ticket and will use your room key for in and out of the garage. The bed was the Hilton Standard mattress of a supportive firm mattress with fluffy pillows. The room was clean and peaceful. The area is a lot quieter with the closing the Lloyd Center Mall but the hotel does have dinning choices downstairs.
MoreThis is a fine property, mostly because of the staff. I would like to commend Andrew, Will and Terrence. Andrew is a server at the Multnomah Grill. We had him for four breakfasts. There were minor problems, and without even asking, he took care of them. He was a delight. We had some problems with our room. Will and Terrence remedied the situation immediately, and accommodated us further with a wonderful good will gesture. I didn't even have to ask. They just fixed the problem and took care of a quarter-century HH member. Beside all that it's in a great location, and easy to access, unload, and park. My family was ecstatic about this trip, and it could not have been better. Highly recommend this property for a stay any time you are in Portland.
MoreUnacceptable Accessibility and Safety IssuesThis was supposed to be a relaxing stay following my recent hip surgery, but it became physically difficult and unsafe. The garage elevator was out of service, yet we were still charged $31 per day for parking and had to use three flights of stairs. Several first-floor parking spaces were also blocked with yellow tape, with insufficient accessible parking available. We requested a bathtub safety mat for two consecutive days, but it was never delivered. The bathtub had extremely low water pressure, causing soap to remain in the tub and making the surface dangerously slippery. There should have been clear advance notice through the Hilton app regarding the construction, parking limitations, and nonworking elevator. Guests—especially those with disabilities or recent surgery—deserve transparency before arriving. This experience did not meet the accessibility, safety, or hospitality standards expected from Hilton.
