The lady was very nice and answered our questions patiently. The center itself is small, but does have bathrooms.

Stopped here before visiting the Ranger museum. My only complaint was the parking. There was something going on and city vehicles and trucks parked in the lot so visitor parking was limited for here and the Ranger museum. The nice ladies at the Welcome Center told us unmarked areas we could park. Great place to use the restroom, get information on the area and do some souvenir shopping.

The best people ever ! Great place to go for that special Waco touch! Love it!!!! They have the perfect gift for anyone in the family or friend group.

Really? The rest of the city is open. Visitors are still coming. Do they want everyone to just leave and go somewhere else? They shipped be encouraging visitors to explore all the city has to offer not ignoring them.

Provided numerous pamphlets of area attractions. Was disappointed that Chip and Joanna have no pamphlets regarding the Magnolia Market, the Silos Bakery, or the Magnolia Table. Found that strange since they are a huge tourist attraction for Waco.
