Overall, this was a fine hotel to stay in. All areas that I saw were clean. All staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast. The one huge disappointment was the indoor pool was EXTREMELY cold and not able to be enjoyed, which was a main reason for choosing this hotel.
MoreStaff was friendly but much of the hotel smelt bad. The entire 4th floor including my room smelt terrible. The room was not clean. I found the playful decor more geared towards kids but still thought the games downstairs were cool.
MoreLove this brand and this location does not disappoint. Clean and streamlined room. Comfie bed. Temp control works. Giant TV handy for watching the Winter Olympics. The only critique is the shower leaked because part of the door sweep at the bottom was missing. Just meant we had a wet bathmat. I like that there are food and snacks available.
MoreMy recent stay at Tru by Hilton was a delightful experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jervaris. Although the rooms are compact, they were more than sufficient for my needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay, and I would definitely choose Tru by Hilton again if I ever return to the area.
