The incredible concierge team also deserves recognition for securing last-minute reservations at some of New York’s most sought-after restaurants. The bell staff were always incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. The reception team made every encounter great fun, always recognising us and making us feel truly welcome. Equally impressive was the housekeeping team, who did a flawless job while remaining almost invisible throughout our stay. I stay at the Equinox Hotel every time I’m in New York and it never disappoints. Nathan, the manager, is truly outstanding. He’s always accommodating, attentive, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests.All of the staff is warm and friendly -- from the minute you get to the valet, the guys are so helpful and the front desk is so welcoming. The amenities are the best in the city, the rooms are beautiful, and having access to the gym make it easy to keep up my routine while traveling. Not to mention the views in every room I've been in are amazing no matter what side of the building you're on.It’s rare to find a hotel that is so consistent - I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in New York. Highly recommend, and a special thank you to Nathan and all the staff for making every visit perfect!
