This mall has a food court including a Paris Baguette at the upper level entrance. There is an office complex that’s part of this building at the lower level entrance that makes it a little confusing (you have to go up to the next level). There are a few retail shops and a few restaurants notably Mulan and Spring Shabu Shabu. I came to this mall specifically to dine at Spring Shabu-Shabu which is apparently a popular restaurant. In fact my family really enjoyed our dining experience at Spring Shabu-Shabu. An additional bonus was getting some baked treats at Paris Baguette.

To find space in the heart of Queens is amazing. There's plenty of shops, eateries galore and restaurants. In this building there's 2 distinct restaurants. MULAN which has delicious dim sum and a very nice event space for your weddings, fancy birthdays & parties. SPRING SHABU SHABU is a popular hot pot restaurant which eating is a fun experience that is a must try! Guarantee you'll go back again and again! Parking garage in the basement which is valet with $$. Although there are discounts offered from the restaurants not from the casual mall vendors on the 1st floor. The restaurants are located on the 2nd floor. Don't worry, you'll have fun exploring the different floors. Have fun! Happy Eating and I'll see you around the tables whenever I visit Flushing!
