I am really interested in history and cemeteries tell alot of stories. The pandemic was not going to stop me from coming to Corpus! Directions to this place were murky, but found it after getting off bus 78..plus there is no visible sign from the street..Felt like I was all alone in the world since there was no one on the street or in the cemetery. Learned that it was the lst military cemetery in my great state of Texas..Plus many of Corpus Cristi's founding fathers are buried here! Noticed that they came from different countries, but not one gravestone had a Spanish last name..don't need alot of time to visit this piece of history..but worth the time
