The Diner Vancouver is redefining what a Meals on Wheels People dining experience can be. It’s not only a place to enjoy a delicious, classic diner menu with a healthy, local twist — it’s a community hub where everyone, from business professionals to families, individuals, and older adults, can come together over food. The Diner supports Meals on Wheels People’s mission by providing a pay-what-you-can dining program for adults 60 and older who are signed up for our services. Diner's Club participants can dine here and pay only what they can afford, creating a dignified and enjoyable dining experience. It’s part of our commitment to combat food insecurity and reduce social isolation, one meal at a time. The public can enjoy a great meal while supporting Meals on Wheels People: In lieu of accepting tips, The Diner simply asks that generous guests make a donation. We provide our staff full-time employment, a living wage, excellent health and retirement benefits, and consistent schedules to provide stability and a sense of community.
