As your doula, we will talk about the level of communication needed, establish expectations, and work together to adopt preparatory practices that will serve your and your family best as you prepare for baby. This support extends throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey, regardless of the choices and circumstances that come up. My ultimate goal is to support you, as a human.
