★☆☆☆☆ Avoid This Rental - Serious Maintenance Issues and No AccountabilityOur stay at 4178 Sleepy Hollow Drive was incredibly disappointing and stressful. What should have been a special family vacation ended up being consumed by maintenance problems, cleanliness concerns, and poor customer service. This trip was particularly meaningful because it was a celebration of my recent cancer-free diagnosis. We had planned family activities and outings, but several significant issues with the property prevented us from enjoying our vacation as intended.Upon arrival, we discovered that the property had a broken door lock, creating security concerns and making it difficult to access and secure the house. We lost a substantial amount of our vacation time waiting for assistance and resolution. The delays effectively disrupted two full days of our trip and prevented our family from participating in planned activities together.Additional issues included:A broken kitchen sink faucet that made meal preparation and cleanup difficult.A damaged refrigerator door that raised concerns about keeping food at a safe temperature. An unusable swimming pool due to excessive bugs, lack of cleaning, and broken pool-cleaning equipment.Bathrooms and walls that were visibly dirty upon check-in and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The most frustrating part of this experience was that despite reporting these serious concerns, the company ultimately offered no compensation, no refund, and no meaningful resolution for the significant inconvenience and disruption to our vacation. When you book a vacation rental, you expect the property to be safe, clean, functional, and accurately maintained. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those expectations, and the management company's handling of the situation was equally disappointing.I would not recommend this property to others and would strongly encourage potential renters to consider alternative accommodations.

Buyer beware, Casiola charges about double what most local agency charge for the same rental communities. I would suggest doing a great deal of homework before you decide to go with them. You will save thousands by simply comparing their prices to other local companies
