This place is still a dive bar , but they've done some work inside to make it a little better and cleaner. The parking lot stays full at night. They do serve food, but I have not tried it.

This is a scary scary little bar which you should only go to if you're totally smashed and can't see straight because then you might not mind the non-existant decor and the nearly suffocating...
