MoreI have a heart condition and lactose intolerance so I ask often for no cheese and for decaf coffee and on more than one occasion have been handed sandwiches with cheese and coffee that was not decaf.

MoreNot only did they not give me my sweet cold foam that I paid $0.70 for, but they decided to swap it out for a little surprise. I found an ANT in my coffee. AFTER I already drank it. Beyond disgusted.
