First of all, we waited in line forever for our items to be reviewed for exchange. It was over an hour, and it was the only day I had that week for a mother-daughter date. Once I got to the register, one of the other cashiers had issue using a cash Bill and I was waiting for Another 10 minutes and so I had to actually take my items and leave. During middle of transaction. Their items are trashy and they really don’t have quality items like they used to. Poor location. I’ve been business with them for 15 years and they’ve lost it.

The new location in Eugene is terrible! The location is in a more sketchy area of Eugene. Also, their selection has really gone down hill in the past couple of years. I have been happily shopping here since high school but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I have been shopping at Buffalo Exchange for a good 20 years now. I have always loved shopping there because of the great quality of clothing for a fraction of the original cost. They were always very selective about the clothing that they purchased from customers, but that seems to have changed in the last year. Now when I go in there all I can find are athletic Active Wear. Yoga pants rather than a nice pair of jeans and athletic shirts, etc...It's really sad for me because now I don't know where to shop. :(

Any time you go to a thrift store, you have to take what you get. This Buffalos Exchange had a lot of great items, in my opinion. My son found a name brand parka for a great price. HIs friend found some Nikes in great condition. I found some cute purses and an adorable dress for my daughter. There were a LOT of really cute dresses for the teen to young adult crowd.The employees were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again if I am in Eugene.

Like the people who work there. Like the selection of cool clothing. Like the other customers -- it's so Eugene. Just can't understand the prices. When we look for competitive stores there aren't any which suggests they can ask whatever they want. We did buy and have bought but only one or two items.
