Our extended stay was due to a flood in our kitchen. We were able to connect with the staff regularly. Our interactions with the following made our stay memorable: Sean was the front desk manager who greeted us in a friendly manner. Always upbeat. Next was Jason, we met him one morning at the free breakfast in the hotel lobby. He offered outstanding service. Jeremiah checked us in at the front desk our first night. He provided us with our pass keys and was helpful is getting us settled for our extended stay and always had a smile on his face. I found our room to be clean, roomy and the temperature perfect. Karina, at the front desk was helpful in getting us comfortable in our surroundings, for example where the local restaurants were etc. We also met Will, who helped us with good customer service. Finally, there was Odetta. We met her outside our room while we were leaving to go meet with our contractor. She was also outstanding greeting us with a good morning. Justin was able to do a repair in our bathtub/shower quickly. If you are lucky enough to stay at this location, you might meet this people and have an outstanding experience!

We had a super comfortable stay at Hampton Inn, Eugene, OR. Shaun, the front desk manager went out of his way to make us comfortable. Hotel room was super clean. Two other front desk employees also were pleasant.

Clean parking lot and outside landscape. Inside lobby, fresh and open and clean. Warm cookies await your arrival. Great service by the breakfast team. Decent breakfast. Room clean and comfy. We were on 1st floor and could hear footsteps above but otherwise room quiet. Pool and fitness area were very clean and nice.

The front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The bed frame made noise each time you rolled over while sleeping which woke us up. The bed was hard and the pillows were so soft you needed to bunch them up for neck support. The breakfast was not up to Hampton standards. The hot food was not hot, no butter out for the waffles and the coffee was good.

I stayed at the Hampton Suites in Eugene, OR, and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked pretty updated, which made the stay even nicer.The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember the clerk’s name because he made such a great first impression — very friendly and made check-in super easy.Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Eugene!
