This Best Western is across Harbor Blvd. from the Disney Resort main entrance. It is located between Denny's and Tony Roma's restaurants and within a five minute walk of a convenience store. The lobby was decorated for Halloween with Disney characters. You have unlimited access to coffee 24/7, from a machine that serves coffee, espresso, and lattes. The office also has single razors, etc., for the asking.Parking was $20 per day, and the unassigned spaces could just fit a large SUV. There are luggage carts and an elevator in the center of the building, making our unloading painless.Our room was a double queen on the third floor, and near the daily breakfast. The room was quiet, clean, and came with tub/shower bathroom and sink in the main room. It also had a table, two occasional chairs, and a desk and desk chair. There were plentiful outlets.If you are sensitive to hallway noise between the breakfast period of 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, you might ask for another location. In our experience, it was not a problem. At all other times, the room was quiet. There was also a fridge and microwave in the room. Both were in working condition and we used them for five days.The beds were comfortable. Though my husband preferred one over the other, I could not tell the difference. The bedding is simple, pillows average but plentiful. Room temperature controls are on the wall unit near the sink and the unit worked well. Towels were a surprise as they were much thinner than I use at home, but they dried perfectly well, and were refreshed daily during housekeeping. Having daily housekeeping was a nice surprise.Breakfast was offered in a buffet style, with plentiful choices that included at some point, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, breads, donuts, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, cold cereal, cheese, boiled eggs, etc. It is all prepared and not cooked to order. My favorite part of this hotel was the staff. Every single person I interested with was lovely and helpful.We booked the location as part of a package and I believe we received good value for a five day stay.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast was suburb.

We enjoy this hotel very much. Its convenient, clean and reasonably priced. Across the street from the parks. Of course, everybody would like lower rates. The breakfast offered here is better than the others. It is roomy with a balcony to watch Disneyland guests head to the park. The staff maintains the breakfast well.

The location of this property is amazing! We have never been so close to the park entrance which was so handy for lunch breaks and a swim mid-day in the 90 degree weather. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. The staff is very accommodating too.
