I was having a rough time and was traveling back home from a work trip. The family that owns and operates the Parkway Inn brought a smile to my face right away, and they were very helpful. These are no frills rooms, but they’re clean and quiet. The location made it extremely easy to get back on the road in the morning, and I would gladly stay here again if I’m in town.

Very basic budget motel, but clearly trying hard with very clean room despite lean facilities. Fresh paint, comfortable bed. No smoke smell in non-smoking room, contrary to another review. Very helpful about my arrival at 1 a.m. Quiet location although sound audible from rooms adjacent or above when other guests inconsiderate. Easy walking distance to downtown and UO/Autzen Stadium, Glad I took my own pillow and blanket to supplement thin supplies provided. Heating/fan/AC well-controlled.

We were in Eugene during a very busy events weekend so very few hotel rooms left. This was a very old budget hotel but very friendly owners who were always helpful. Location is good for driving to other places, and the Growler Guys Brewpub a block away was good.

I arrived to this establishment that is not in the best of neighborhoods. There was someone rifling through the dumpster when I arrived. My room was not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for it. The room was supposed to be non smoking and they clearly gave me a smoking room. The room wreaked of cheap cleaning supplies, dirt and smoke. The entire room felt and looked dingy. The bathroom was despicably dirty and there was spackle holding the faucet on the wall. There were also broken tiles in the shower. I promptly checked out pointing out the tremendous amount of problems and was told I would only receive a refund if the room was rented out. I have not and will not receive that $82 refund.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The Staff were friendly. The only words to use for the service received and price is Excellent. I definitely will consider staying again at this motel. Thanks to all.
