Alot of history on the second floor. Lots to look at and read about in a small space. Even walking up the stairs they make use of the space. Front pages of newspapers are interesting to read. We were lucky to experience a traveling exibit making lace. very interesting and we were able to try it. And everything is free.

Some items were interesting but I didn't find anything that separates it from other museums. I wouldn't go again unless a specific exhibit caught my attention.

Rotating displays and various themes plus history info keep things interesting. People come through for Friday art walk.

Great Museum! Fascinating exhibits that change frequently. Took my 7 yr. old grandson and he was entertained, especially by the Simpson figures - they are huge! Recommend visits as exhibits rotate!

This museum is in downtown Springfield. It is free of charge. They had a special exhibit about the history of the Springfield Police. The regular exhibits featured exhibits on history, agriculture and the Simpsons of Springfield.
