tripadvisorI happily paid $500 a night in June for my daughter's graduation. For that amount (which I had no problem paying because every hotel was in demand at this time of year), I would have expected beds without springs pushing into our backs (not just 1, but both), housekeeping, clean towels, and the shower amenities to be filled. I stayed for 3 nights, and my room was never cleaned. We called housekeeping every day, and there was no answer. I was told the room was cleaned every other day, which means on Tuesday the room should have been cleaned. I will admit that on Monday we were out for breakfast and then back to get ready for the graduation, so the do-not-disturb sign was on the door. However, the next morning we called housekeeping for service, and again, no answer. We left for the day, and nothing. If the room is only cleaned every other day, that would be the day it was due to be cleaned. I had to go to the front desk and beg for clean towels. This is unacceptable.I contacted Marriott, and the hotel has deposited 25,000 Bonvoy points into my account (as stated in the hotel manager's email), which is equivalent to a half-night stay at a Marriott property. Unacceptable. I asked for a refund for a portion of my trip, but they refused. For $500 a night, this is what I got. I would hate to see what you get at their regular rates.
MoreThis was our second stay at this hotel. It is a good mid point between Sacramento and Seattle. Room was nice, but I wish they had a safe. Location is great, close to I-5. Outback restaurant is a short walk thru the parking lot and we always go there while staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast cafe and staff are very good.
MoreOverall, this was a nice place to stay and we would return. I felt like it was what we expect from a Courtyard hotel - front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. I really liked the curved glass door on the shower - gave you ample space. Location is good with plenty of restaurant choices around. The continental breakfast is basic, and we skipped it, but otherwise, a very nice stay.
MoreDid a three night stay last month. They only offer room cleaning every other day and the bathmat and replacement ice bucket bag not made available upon our return. Other than that quiet hotel stay while we were there. Local food options walking distance.
MoreDuring a multi day stay the room was never cleaned, the beds not made and had to call desk to get towels, no complementary breakfast but a bistro with bistro prices. We went to Denny's a block away clean, fast service and good food. We have never stayed at a courtyard prior to this stay.
