Expertly curated collection with a mix of current bestsellers and critic favorites as well as used books in great condition. It's in an unassuming mini-mall near a residential area, a little bit away from downtown, but worth the drive to find that special book. I could have easily spent hours, but was on a work trip. Definitely recommend for Eugene locals and out-of-town guests.

This is kind of hole-in-the-wall independent bookstore that I love. Although small, the store has a great collection of new and used books. You get the feeling here that each book has been personally selected by the owner as a good read. A great place to select a gift for discriminating readers.

I swear this store is bigger on the inside than the outside. I don't go there often because when I do I end up spending way, way too much time inside.

Black Sun Books is a treasure. New and used books fill a small space. All books are carefully chosen. It is impossible to not find something wonderful. Owner is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Closed Sumday and Monday.
