MoreI frequently visit the Mall at Millenia and always appreciate the courtesy of the Staff members that work there. Today was an especially pleasant visit because of a Security Guard named LAQUAN. He always has a smile on his face and can be seen interacting with customers to see if they need help in locating the store that they might be looking for. Today, as I was leaving the Mall, LAQUAN was standing just outside the Mall. As soon as he saw me approaching the door, he opened the door for me and smiled.
