Staff does not care at all! Neither nurse practitioner nor medical assistants follow up after knowing that a procedure they did was not successful.

Bad customer service, receptionist don't pass a message to appropriate staff person, the only good customer service is the one provide by text message.

They staff is great, always polite and friendly. The place is always very clean and they are extremely helpful
