Nice downtown park in front of the Borough Hall with a big statue of Christopher to adorn it. Well-planted and lots of places to sit . Subway entrances all around. Not verhy busy on a Sunday.

Small pleasant downtown park surrounded by government buildings, close to Brooklyn Heights. Nice enough, but not special.
