If i could give less I would, they rented us a room with a defective toilet we told them about it the next morning and they cleaned the room took the trash and ignored the toilet. I personally broke 2 plungers trying to get a single flush and they REFUSED to get us moved to a different room or to get it fixed even after I brought up state safety and sanitation laws to the owner they did nothing to make it right

The customer service was excellent from the owner to housekeepers! Very honorable! Our room was a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable! Grocery stores, restaurant's etc are all within walking distance. Great place to stay. We'd start here again. Thank you to the owners and all their staff! Great job!!

First impressions are important and the grounds are verry well maintained. Large parking lot, but there's a spot right in front of your room on the first floor. The room was very clean with some nice little touches and a coffee maker. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Not a bad walk to downtown Bend, either. I would have been very pleased, even if paying 50% more.

Our 2 queen bed room was clean, roomy, giant tv, plenty of counter space, great little fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A/C worked well without making crazy noises. LOVE the constant fan setting!Gentleman at the counter was helpful and gracious. We wanted to play a board game so he brought us an extra little table. Plenty of parking and we heard very little outside other than a couple of motorcycles under our window. Everything worked well in the room. No complaints.

Well... we were tucked in the corner but at least it was quiet. I understand asking the make and model of your car but the year?? It's a rental--I don't know!Very few outlets and one was so loose the plugs fell out. Clearly not much housekeeping had been done because there were spilled toothpicks behind an end table.No tissues available. Small bottles of shampoo. Nowhere nearby to eat.
