I’ve had good experiences with On Air parking in the past, but not this time. I decided to try a different hotel, and when I got there at 4:00 a.m. I discovered that the hotel shuttle had not been running since July — eight months earlier. This was not mentioned in communications from On Air nor on the hotel’s website. With the rideshare fees to and from the airport, I ended up paying more than I would have to park my car at the airport’s lot. Infuriating. I’ve requested reimbursement for the Lyft fees. Fingers crossed On Air coughs it up.

No signs or easy way to find first location. The location I booked wasn’t open. You’d think the website would have mentioned that. Fairly easy to get to new location but none of my QR codes would get the gate to open for me. The whole place felt like it was abandoned. They told me to wait at a bus stop but it was so vacant I wasn’t sure a shuttle would show up.

Typically, I do not submit reviews unless something seems out of the norm and there is potential value for future people to know. Subsequently, this is the case. Off site Atlanta Airport parking was arranged and prepaid through OnAirParking, with the parking location being the Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East. Confirmation email, shuttle pick up phone number and hours of operation all established.Upon return to the airport, the shuttle phone number was called and a recording said to call the Quality Suites East desk for shuttle assistance. Attempting this, no one would answer the phone and another recording indicated for shuttle pickup assistance, call the shuttle pick up number. After an hour standing on the curb, we finally got someone to answer at the Quality Suites East desk. Their directive was to wait for the shuttle driver to call us and the shuttle would be at the airport shortly. After almost another hour at the curb, no call was received from the shuttle driver. With an obvious issue at hand, we decided to hire a taxi to get to our vehicle at the parking lot. This OnAirParking was a broken system, wasting hours of our time and money, which was confirmed to be the norm via other shuttle carriers at the airport. After we retrieved our vehicle and were an hour from the airport, the grand finale occurred. We received a phone call from the shuttle service asking if we needed a pickup at the airport. Coincidentally, after returning home, I looked up “on air parking” in the BBB website and there are numerous similar complaints. I hope this communication helps out someone in the future.

I made my parking reservation two months in advance for the 1100 SE 17th St lot at the Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale where I was staying. On the day of my reservation, I received a text from On Air changing my reservation to the State Street lot, which is miles from my hotel. I arrived at the State Street lot at my scheduled time to find a chain across the entrance. I called the On Air phone number and she advised me to park at the Embassy Suites lot as originally scheduled, but now I would need to provide my own transfer to the cruise port. That increased my parking cost by $48. Everything about this reservation was screwed up by On Air.

Needing discount airport parking in Denver, I found this service looking through Google search. Reading reviews and pricing that agreed with my trip budget, I used the service for twelve days. It is a bit further than most airport parking which, I am okay with. Seeing that the shuttles run all day and night I felt assured that, I will make my flight on time. I was greeted with a smile and a driver taking my bag, taking care placing it on the racks. Upon my return home I met Dawit Gebreseiassie at the designated island, again greeted with a warm smile, and friendly service. Took me to my vehicle and assisted me with my luggage.
