Owners are rude. But rooms are nice.

Title is pretty self explanatory.

The room was exceptionally clean and quiet; staff very friendly. The bathtub was deep and great for a soak, unexpected at a budget motel. There were a few cracks in it, but it functioned great. The main negative was the lack of windows - one high up and a small one by the door that really needed a thick curtain to block parking lot lights. However in early May, prices were low and so a great value. I'm writing my review a month later and prices seem to have more than doubled! I'd be a lot more critical at these rates ;-)

I called these places a cheap and clean. It’s perfect for what I need and the attention to detail. Here was wonderful. I’m gonna do it again.

Room very spacious but in need of being updated (nothing like any of the ones in the pictures). Fridge, with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker (it would be useful to have a small table by the fridge so the cords for the latter two reached the outlet). The carpet was a bit marked and frayed but appeared to be well vacuumed. Things seemed clean, towels and sheets fine. Bed was comfortable. The shower was over the bath with a nice big grab rail and the pressure was fine for me. Water nice and hot. Parking right outside my door. I was in one of the rooms close to the road and could hear some road noise but I was not disturbed by it. There were rooms much further back which, I imagine, would be quieter.Basic but good value for money.
