I always have outstanding service at Sturtevants but this experience showed me how knowledgeable the sales team really is! I was purchasing snowboard bindings and boots for my son for Christmas. I am a skier and have zero knowledge of snowboarding. I worked with Tayler and his expertise blew my son and I away! He taught us that all three pieces, including the snowboard technically have to work together. My son tried on six pairs of boots before he finally decided on a pair that was a hybrid between a lace and closure, a similar style that Tayler owned. He clearly explained the technical differences between the boots and bindings that helped guide my son towards the perfect match to a recently purchased snowboard. He was able to guide him not only to the technically correct product but also the trend and look he wanted. Taylor was very patient, extremely technical and knowledgeable. I feel so confident in my purchase and know that Sturtevants also backs up their product and will be there to support any fitting adjustments, services, etc. Why shop anywhere else! Last Sunday, I purchased 2 sets of skis for my sons. We decided to change one of the ski as it was looking more like for a girl. I asked if we can change it when I came to pick up the skis that stayed in the shops for couple days to get the binding. Dave, not only, understood right a way that my son wouldn't be happy if we could't change the ski but he also kindly fix the binding that same evening as he knew I had a trip the day after. I was impressed by his attitude. Normally, it takes another 2 days to get the binding. He just did it! Thank you for being a fantastic customer listener Dave.
