Stay away from Barnes and Noble Bookstore at Bellevue Square Mall! I went there May 28th, and immediately the Asian lady/manager told me I can't be in there. When I touched the tote bags on display, she yelled DO NOT TOUCH THE DISPLAY!! in front of other customers!She treated me like I was a homeless shoplifter! Very, very rude and obnoxious! I have never ever been so humiliated in my life!To this rude lady: I'm from Dallas- we have bigger B and N bookstores here than what you have, and with very friendly sales associates. I sincerely hope that someone from Barnes and Noble Bookstore will read this review, and do something about that particular person.

The Barnes & Noble inside Bellevue Square is newly opened and still finding its rhythm. The store is located in a quieter corner of the mall, which makes it feel more hidden than it should be. It’s nicely organized and offers a good mix of books, gifts, and toys. However, there’s not much seating available inside, which makes browsing feel a bit rushed. I also noticed it was understaffed. There was no one around to assist, and it gave off a slightly hands-off vibe. On the upside, they do have a restroom inside the store, which is super convenient. Overall, it’s a functional bookstore for quick shopping, but not yet a destination experience.JY review
