Requested service on a late Friday night (close to midnight) told me they could come out within the hour. My furnace wasn't working but I could wait til Saturday because I needed to get to sleep....

Extremely rude and will try to scam you out of having to replace or repair anything. Do not use them unless you are looking to waste money and be spoken down to.
