We were assigned a decent sized clean room, sadly though with dirty curtains, with desk and separate sink in kitchenette area. Has been incorporated into larger Ramada Hotel which we hadn't been informed about since booking.No breakfast provided but there is a restaurant on site offering a fixed price breakfast. Good location to visit various Disney experiences. Good value for money.

blood stain in room 5105 next to the bathroom bed i been at the same room and saw blood. The bed sheets were dirty before i arrived. it was never cleaned and dangerous to leave blood stain left unoticed.

This is a tough one. The place is a bit rough and ready. I would stay here again. Everything is old and tired, but seemed cleaned. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s a bit confusing who can use what pool.

Stayed here only one night & it was one night too many! From the entrance you can tell it wasn't very well taken care of, the landscaping hadn't been taken care of in quite sometime. Looked like a very sketchy area. The entrance sign was very faded, if you drive too fast you might miss the entrance & not even notice it! The grounds were not taken care of, shrubs growing out of hand, looked like your are about to drive into a jungle! Lobby looked decent enough, girl at front desk was attentive(forgot her name). Rooms definitely need a major upgrade. They smell of mold, furniture is out dated & damaged. Beds were suppose to be queen size, but felt smaller. TV was very small, maybe a 32. Floor tiles under sink were broken. You can see sunlight in the gap of the door. Didn't use any of the amenities, but the Waterpark area wasn't very big at all, probably not worth the extra money. From what I saw the pool bar only opened later in the day, but not much going on. All in all we wont be staying here again. Wish I could say better things.

Pictures can be deceiving. We were so excited to come stay for my son's spring break but we were quickly let down. As soon as we pulled into the resort I knew it was going to be bad. The building is outdated and the place looked abandoned. When we got in our rooms the smell was almost unbearable. We found a dirty sock, panties, and a used washcloth in our room. The water smelled horrible and I was scared to shower myself or my children. I have never stayed in a place so sketch and dirty. We had planned to stay 5 days but after 2 I couldn't take it anymore. They say it's a no smoking hotel but everyone was smoking there were even people smoking in the pool area around the children. After a swim my kids and our floaties were covered in a weird oily feel. It was just disappointing.
