To whom it may concern It’s been over 1 month that I used your services. I have made several attempts to reach to you or someone in charge about my horrible experience with your company on January 20th, 2024. And to no avail you nor anyone from this company or establishment has returned any of my calls, texts or emails. If I had known then what I know now when I met you and you made all these promises about your service. Before I gave you a deposit of $600.00. I would have NEVER used your services. The conditions on the bus was terrible, the NO HEAT on the bus on the coldest night and weekend in January it felt like the AC was on and the ceiling panels were falling apart (one fell off)hitting my guest. I did not know in my contract that it included the driver drinking alcohol and partying inside the venue with the client was apart of the package. I did not sign up for that but that was because the bus did not have any heat -NO HEAT!!I have pictures and video to back up my statement. I have been more than patient to hear from you and to this date still nothing. You leave me no choice so I’ll see you in court Emil.

Extraordinarily expensive compared to other limo services. They bought or inherited the phone number of Rose limo, which was a first-class service but no longer does individual cars. Try someone else.

I used this Limo service for my daughter's 18th birthday and Ballantyne Limo ruined the entire experience . Notice that you do NOT see his Black Hummer limo pictured in any of the pictures above. That is because it is trash! THE VEHICLE THAT ARRIVES AT YOUR HOME IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS PICTURED. The driver arrived late, came speeding through the neighborhood and ran up on the curb. The vehicle kept stalling, was dirty, the air conditioner and inside lights did not work. I only read the good reviews which pops up first but if you take time to research this company and read all the reviews from other sites such as yelp and google, you will find that he is not worth taking a chance on. Maybe these others people had good results but what is your chance of getting one of his old broken down vehicles. Don't chance the memories of your special moment being ruined. Even after calling the owner to complain, he totally denied all of my claims and refused a partial reimbursement.

We used Ballantyne Limo for a trip in March. They were on time both with drop off and pick up, courteous and kept us informed. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Wonderful experience. Great price rental for 3 hours. Great customer service - answered all questions timely and professionally. Courteous and punctual driver. Very clean and nice stretched hummer. Couldnt have asked for a better memory for my parents!!!
