Top notch! Very punctual! Our drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage and assisting us! Very nice vehicles and very clean! Definitely would recommend!!

We booked transport to and from the airport as well as the hourly service for a couple of days during our trip to NYC and everything was fantastic! Benjamin was our driver the majority of the time and he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! From the moment he picked us up, he was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He arrived on time, helped with all of our luggage, and made everyone in our group feel comfortable and at ease. He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the places around NYC and even offered suggestions of things to do while at some of our destinations. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. The exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine kindness we received made a lasting impression on our entire group. We found out our flight had been canceled while we were on the way to the airport. Instead of simply dropping us off and leaving us to figure things out, Benjamin went above and beyond to help us explore alternative options. His patience, compassion, and willingness to help during such a stressful situation meant more to us than we can express. It truly turned a frustrating experience into one that felt much more manageable. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. If you’re looking for dependable transportation with people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend them! Benjamin if you see this, THANK YOU!

Such a great experience with this company. Amazing communication, they answered all my questions promptly and were incredibly easy to work with when I had to make a time change. Would recommend to anyone and this will now be my go to transportation whenever I visit.

The driver arrived to my terminal and helped load me and my son. She was nice and got us to our destination safely. It was totally worth it and I would book again!

For a recent NYC trip, I did a lot of research looking for a company to transport us (4 adults) from JFK to our hotel & back to JFK. I finally decided to book with NYC platinum Transport. From the moment I booked, communication was easy & all questions were answered promptly. Vinny was our driver & he was awesome. He greeted us in baggage claim & we were quickly escorted to the vehicle. He provided us with cold water once we were inside the vehicle. He’s very personable and knowledgeable of the area. He was very prompt when picking us up from the airport & from the hotel on our departure day. It was a flawless experience. Do yourself a favor and book with them. You won’t be disappointed.
