I am a Certified Postpartum Doula through DONA International. I am also a Certified Postpartum Mental Health specialist through Postpartum Support International. While I have unofficially been a Postpartum Doula for over 20 years, I finally dove in and started the process to become certified as a Postpartum Doula in 2016. My certification for Postpartum Mental Health was accomplished early 2020. I specialize in guiding new parents towards help and through postpartum mood disorders (depression, anxiety, OCD, rage and psychosis), breastfeeding, baby wearing and preparing delicious meals. My strength as a Certified Postpartum Doula is in bringing confidence to new parents. I can help both parents feel apt and involve your partner so they feel helpful and supportive.
