On July 30,2025 My wife and I purchased several hundred dollars worth of luggage from Carlos, the manager of the Samsonite Outlet on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach. Two weeks later, upon inspection of the unused Silhouette 18 Women's Tote we paid $199.99 for, we found a defective seam that acted to separate the side panels at the bottom revealing a narrow sticky/gluey substance that runs the length of the tote. I took the bag back to the store for a replacement or refund wherein Carlos saw and felt the defect then denied the return or replacement. He refused to do anything about it.

Great shops from designer clothes to comfortable shoes, home items most have very good prices especially at Addidas and lots of parking.

Wow the subway here is terrible. I ordered a veggie sub. All I got was bread. They are sooo stingy. I asked for tomato. Only 2 slices. I asked for cucumber only 2 slices. I asked for more cucumber she put one more slice. Like are you serious. Def won’t be back here. Go to one of the other restaurants in the food court.

As outlet malls go; this one is very good. Right off the I-95 with easy parking and every store you would like to shop in. Food court could be better as they only have a subway and Asian food with two Mexican places and a Greek restaurant. Fairly clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking available.
