I received my monthly massage today from Sue and it was great! She always applies the right amount of pressure exactly where it's needed. Sue is amazing with her hands and leaves you feeling so relaxed. Sue, I look forward to seeing you next year :-)

My husband received a gift certificate for a 90 min deep tissue message and a facial. The certificate was good for $205.00. I called to make the appt and Rebecca told me that we would have to pay out of pocket to receive the 90 min deep tissue message and facial. I told her I don't understand why he would have to pay out of pocket to receive services that was gifted to him and already paid for.She said the their prices had gone up as of Nov 1st. How is this fare. They should honor the gift certificate and its pricing and what was included in that price when it was purchased , no matter when you redeem it. I feel this is unfair and she wouldn't honor the gift certificate price that my husbands boss paid for . If this gives you any idea of how they treat their customers, we will not be going there.

I had a couple of facials from this place and the facials have been good. However, I do not like how they handle appointments. Their reminders are many days out before your appointment, it would be better if the reminder comes the day before. Also, it's okay for them to cancel on you last minute. but if you do not cancel within 24 hours, they charge you 100 percent. Does not seem fair.
