The venue is lovely! The Nicole Zuraitis jazz band was fabulous as we were there to see them again after seeing them in California! The Hostess was NASTY!!! The food sparse & mediocre this put a damper on our experience there especially the nasty hostess!!! We won’t be going back!

Our first experience here was amazing! Wonderful food, service, and music. This is a darkness spot that provides both a incredibly delicious meal as well as some of the most talented musicians we’ve had the pleasure to see and listen to. Don’t miss the blue llama Jazz club for a wonderful date night, special occasion, or just to be entertained.

This was our first time visiting. What a beautiful club. Food and service were excellent, and they were able to accommodate my husband’s preference for no butter. The vocalist Olivia Van Goor was outstanding. She is incredibly talented and blew me away. What a treat to hear her! I was smiling ear to ear listening to her, just marveling at her vocal prowess. The band was also wonderful. Looking forward to returning.

They sent a confirmation saying 7:30 pm.I arrived at 6:45. They acted very aloof and uninterested. I requested to be seated at several open seats (party of 2). They walked away and left us standing in the middle of the dining room for 10+ minutes.After (FINALLY) seating us, the band came out AT 7PM! WTH. Look at the attached image! It clearly says 7:30!!!This is beyond egregious. This is NOT HOW YOU TREAT GUESTS.HOW do you send confirmation saying 7:30 pm (when the band starts at 7:00 pm).We were mistreated so badly by the hostess. The reservation was made 3 weeks ahead, and they treated us like dirt when we arrived (THANKFULLY 45 MIN EARLY).It was super obvious that there were MORE IMPORTANT people to either the band, the owners or both. We've never felt more disrespected or more pushed down or shoved to the side in our lives.Something has gone VERY WRONG - OFF THE RAILS - with what used to be a great local venue for live jazz.The band was excellent. Thank goodness we arrived 45 min early and PUSHED to be appropriately seated.The food is EXTREMELY overpriced and mediocre at best.Service was very good. We gave our waitstaff a very nice tip.Ultimately, and sadly, this was probably our LAST time at Blue LLama.Nothing leaves a bad taste more than being misled AND mistreated.Blue LLama seems to have gone very, very off the rails. Success maybe gone to their heads? It won't last long when you mess up this badly! The bubble will soon pop...and they will deeply regret mistreating people who used to support and talk positively about them. Word travels fast.

This establishment is definitely a musical gem! The talent that I’ve viewed there has been nothing short of phenomenal. I love the atmosphere and ambiance of the club. The staff is fantastic, and the food is always great. Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing jazz club!!
